A confirmation email will be sent to you whenever you book an appointment.
Appointment Reminders
Reminders will be sent 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
(Note: If an appointment is scheduled less than 24 hours before it occurs, we will only send the confirmation; no reminders will be sent.)
If you have opted to receive text messages, then, in addition to the reminder email, you will receive a text message (SMS) reminder.
Last-Minute Text (SMS) Reminders
If you have opted to receive text messages, then, in addition to the standard text message reminder, you can choose to receive a last-minute reminder one, two or three hours before your appointment is due.
